Pmu Salon Policies:

 

Deposit: To secure your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.

Your appointment will be canceled if no deposit is made within 48hrs.

Cancellation: 

Should you need to cancel, 48 hours is required to cancel before your appointment time. If you do not inform us within 48 hours half the price of the service will be charged.

No Show

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged half the price of the service. You will be banned from any future bookings.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule you would have to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled depending on our availability. Our policy allows for only one reschedule while keeping your deposit. If you need to reschedule for the second time, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required. There is no third rescheduling. If you fail to inform us within less than 48 hours you will be charged half price of the booking service.

FOLLOW-UP RESCHEDULE

If you need to reschedule your follow-up appointment and your rescheduling falls past three months of your initial appointment, the price for 3-6 month follow-up will apply. No exceptions

Late

All appointments are scheduled to allow ample time for all clients. We understand that unforeseen events may happen, I advise you to inform us as soon as possible. There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are late for more than 15 minutes there will be a $50 late fee. If you are late more than 25 minutes your appointment will be canceled and rescheduling with a new deposit will be required.

 

All existing clients who have bookings with Charlie Lux PMU  are excluded from any and all model call.

  • Pets: No pets are allowed exception is only service dogs

  • Children: Any children under the age of 8 are not allowed.

  • EXTRA GUESTS: Due to space limitations, please do not bring more than 1 guest with you. All guests are required to stay in the waiting room.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling)

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Salon Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

 

Deposit:

To secure your appointment, a 25% non-refundable deposit (no exceptions) is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.

 

 

Cancellation:

   a. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

   b. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee is 50% of the appointment costs .

   c. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling our salon directly 717-695-3298

 

Rescheduling:

   a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We are happy to accommodate such requests, subject to availability.

   b. To reschedule your appointment, please contact our salon at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

   c. Only one reschedule is honored without forfeiting deposit. After one reschedule, deposit is forfeited and must pay a new deposit for new booking.

 

No-Show Policy:

   a. A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.

   b. In the case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of service costs or require pre-payment for future appointments.

   c. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show.

 

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable circumstances. However, consistent adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and allows us to provide the best service possible.

 

Late:
